Are you FAT? There is the question that everyone needs to answer for him or herself. It’s Time for the honest to step forward and admit to themselves and to the world around them. Im Fat, I’m disgusted with the way I look in the mirror. Im not the way I want to be. Im not writing this to step on toes or feeling, but if your FAT your FAT. Stupid excuses like “im big boned” or “these hips run in the family” are just as stupid as they sound. You would be more honest to say “ im lazy” or “ I love ice cream” than to blame your FAT on genes.
The world around us is getting fatter and fatter. Maybe the proper words should be were getting grotesque, huge, disgusting. Why cant we admit this to ourselves? Obesity kills, Fat kills, Lard kills. Wake Up, if you are FAT you are dieing faster than you should. Are we fools, are we stupid? Do we hate life and the people in our lives so much that we choose to die a premature death? Do we really want our loved ones to watch us die? The world is now plagued with Diabetes, heart disease, cancer and so much more because of FAT.
